We have a dedicated focus on works by British, Scottish and Irish artists from the Victorian period through to the mid-20th century, while also presenting important works by British and European masters from Sir Joshua Reynolds to Camille Pissarro. Winsor Birch was founded by Grant Ford, an independent fine art specialist, advisor and senior picture specialist for the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow. He was formerly Senior Director at Sotheby’s, with a 30-year career leading the auction house’s British & Irish Art Post-1850 department. Charlie Minter joined Winsor Birch in 2025 after 15 years as a specialist within Sotheby’s British & Irish Art department and as a Director at a leading UK modern and contemporary gallery. Together, they bring decades of experience, expertise and a passion for their field, working with first-time and seasoned collectors, in addition to institutional clients. The gallery is a member of LAPADA – the Association of Art & Antiques Dealers.
