Founded over twenty-eight years ago by Marcus Bury and Sascha Hackel, HackelBury is a London-based gallery championing artists who push the boundaries of their medium. The gallery began with classic 20th-century photography, including Henri Cartier-Bresson, Berenice Abbott, Malick Sidibé and William Klein, and has since exhibited more contemporary and conceptual work by Doug & Mike Starn, Garry Fabian Miller and Ian McKeever. The artists with whom HackelBury work represent a diversity of practice yet share an artistic integrity which the gallery is fully committed to supporting in the long term. At Treasure House Fair, HackelBury presents both gallery artists and select secondary market works.
