On Friday 27th June at 10am, clients of ARTouch Consulting will be treated to a special guided tour at the Treasure House Art Fair, led by Dr Jin Gao, Research Fellow at the Victoria and Albert Museum, Associate Director of the Centre for Digital Humanities, and Lecturer in Digital Archives at University College London. Known for her work in digital humanities and provenance research, Dr. Gao will guide VIP guests through selected highlights of the fair, offering insights that fuse scholarly depth with her knowledge of digital innovation.

Dr. Gao’s invitation was extended by Lang Xiao, Founder of ARTouch Consulting and Ambassador to the Treasure House Fair, who said: "I believe connoisseurship lies at the heart of the Treasure House Fair. It is not only about encountering beautiful objects, but also about discovering the stories behind them. The fair truly caters to those with discerning eyes and curious minds. That is why I was eager to invite experts like Dr. Jin Gao, who brings genuine passion and deep knowledge in the cultural field, to this special occasion. Her exceptional academic and museum experience uniquely bridges science and the arts, offering insights that can inspire collectors on their personal journeys—not only as a passion, but also as a vision."
Drawing on her research into the archiving and digital preservation of Chinese Export Watercolours, Dr. Gao will discuss the importance of provenance, the future of digital archiving, and how AI technologies are reshaping how we preserve, understand, and engage with global art histories.
